What is the shipping time for an order?

Our standard shipping time for orders is between 7-10 business days. This time frame starts after the order has been placed and does not include the production time, which is typically 3-7 business days. During high-demand periods, like the fourth quarter, production times may extend, so it's a good idea to plan accordingly.

How can I track my order?

You'll receive order updates when your item begins production and a tracking number when it is being prepped for shipment.

Can I expedite my order?

Absolutely! For an additional fee, we will place your order at the front of the line and provide 2-Day FedEx shipping!

When you add an item to your cart, you'll be asked if you want to expedite your order. You can also add it manually by clicking here.

What does Valor Vendors cover?

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. Here’s what we cover:

  • Damaged in Transit: If your item is damaged during shipping.
  • Production Errors: Including poor cut quality, powder coating issues, or misprints (if the item does not match the personalization submitted with the order).
  • Incorrect Product: If you receive the wrong product.

What should I do if the order arrives damaged?

If you receive an order that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Include a photo of the damaged item, and we will assess the situation and provide a solution, such as a replacement or a different design if the issue is due to the design itself.

What if the order doesn't get delivered?

If an order fails to arrive, first confirm that it has been shipped by checking the tracking information. If the tracking information has been provided but shows no movement, please allow 1-2 business days for it to update. If there's still an issue, contact our support team for further assistance.

Does Valor Vendors accept returns?

Due to the personalized and made-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Each item is custom-made based on the customer's specifications, making it unsuitable for return.

If you request a replacement or refund because we made a mistake, simply email us a picture of the item and we'll send a replacement or fully refund you!
